Family Ventures fosters a family environment where we put our team ahead of profits. We want every decision we make to impact our team in a positive way where they can grow and thrive.
I started out as a team member just like you over 30 years ago. My career started as a pizza maker at age 15 in Redcliffe, Australia. I progressed within the company and I became a delivery driver, then a team member running shifts for my manager to have days off. I really enjoyed driving in my car, listening to music and meeting some really fun people. I never felt like I was actually at work.
When I left school age 17, I took on the busiest store in Australia at the time as the General Manager. Over the years I worked my way through to being a Supervisor, a State Operations Manager and Franchisee. At one point I was running all of the 150 corporately owned stores in Australia before I had an opportunity to move to the UK business as the Operations Director.
Now I live in Charleston SC with my 2 daughters and we own and operate stores across Charleston, SC and Augusta, GA. I am proud to say that we own a store inside Fort Gordon, GA and support the local communities in all stores where we operate. I am very thankful to have had an amazing career with Domino’s that has enabled me to travel all over the world.
I am proud that we have a great team at Family Ventures and we foster a family environment where we put our team ahead of profits. We want every decision we make to impact our team in a positive way where they can grow and thrive. Some of our team will go on to bigger and better things within Domino’s, and some of you are here for a short while. It is my goal, that whatever your career goals are, that you can look back on your time with us and say that it was fun.
